Dear City Council: If the County does purchase the Outback Restaurant for Supportive housing,can we make sure That the land will be used for Supportive housing and is not sold to someone else who Might build a ten story high density housing complex on it etc.Can a rider be out on the Agreement that if the County sells the property or tries to use it for some other use, The original zoning and density on the property As it is now)is reinstated. This way Cupertino is protected in knowing the site will be used for Supportive housing As per the initial agreement with the county. Thank you.
