FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the canopy meets the requirements of Title 24 of the Uniform Building
code for providing covered handicapped parking stalls.
2) That the canopy colors and materials match with the adjacent office
building.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon canopy plan sheet dated March 9, 1992,
except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Both side planter areas shall be irrigated and maintained regularly.
Each planter shall be planted with 2-5 gallon star Jasmine vines.
11) The colors and materials of the carAW shall match the adjacent office
building.

Subj: REPORT OF DIRECTOR'S DECISION REGARDING PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Chapter 19.31 of the Cupertino Municipal Code provides for administrative approval of
minor changes in projects. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and
Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember of Planning Commissioner
to appeal the decision

Application 36-U-86 (Modification) DcAnza Properties, Cupertino National Bank, 20230 Stevens Crock
Boulevard, Cupertino, California.
Description
Minor modification to enclose 100 sq. fl. of a second -story balcony on the north elevation to be used for office
space. The total usable office square feel does not exceed the use permit maximum under the original conditional
use permit.
Action
The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves the change.
Approval is effective January 12, 1993. The fourteen working day appeal period will expire January 25, 1993.
