activities shall be =ducted within the service bays.
5. Parma

indicated on Exhibit A. Parking space no. 10 shall be deleted.
Vehicles parked on the prcpesty may only b. parked in'designated
parking ,spaces. Driveways and circulation aisles shall be koept
free and clear of parked vehicles.
6. Secasity Measures
The applicant shall inconprate the following —e =ity measures
into the operation of the service statism between ll:00 P.M. and
7:00 A.M.:
a. The cash register area shall be visible from the street.
b. n,ctcmers will be required to pay prior to receiving
gasoline.
7. Signs
All signs identified for removal per 7 hibit A-1 of ASAC
Resolution No. 1230, Application BC-51,661.1, shall be reamed.
