SUBJECT:ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER-TM-2018-01, EA-2018-02
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of February
11, 2021; approving a Tentative Map application (TM-2018-01) to allow the subdivision of an existing
32,316 square foot (0.74 acre) residential lot into three (3) residential lots ranging between 9,699 square
feet and 11,928 square feet; and a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and
Reporting Program (EA-2018-02) for the subdivision of an approximately 0.74 acre lot into three parcels,
located at 11226 Bubb Road, according to Resolution No(s). 120 and 121.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on February 11, 2023.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
this decision. If this happens,you will be notified of a public hearing,which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
