No warranty as to the contents of this evaluation is intended, and none.shall be inferred from statements or opinions expressed. Trees can and do fail without warning. OBSERVATIONS: Tree No. 112 (10043 Long Oak Lane): Monterey Pine (26 1/2" inches diameter at 54" inches above grade) and is located across from address along the property line. The Monterey Pine is completely dead with no signs of any live foliage throughout the canopy. I recommend this tree be removed before it poses a hazard to people or property. Replace with a 36" box Italian Cypress. Tree No. 143 (22631 Queens Oak Court): Pear (15" inches diameter at 54" inches above grade) above grade and is located across from address in planting area. Tree is completely dead with no signs of any live foliage throughout the canopy. I recommend this tree be removed before it poses a hazard to people or property.
