RESOLUTION NO. 05-192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF CTC FUNDING LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED
LIABILITY COMPANY, BY HIS CTC FUNDING, INC., TRACT NO. 9724,
LOCATED ON TOWN CENTER (DE ANZA BOULEVARD); AND AUTHORIZING
SIGNING OF FINAL MAP
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record the final map ofCTC Funding LLC, a California Limited Liability
Company, By HIS CTC Funding, Inc., Tract No. 9724, located on Town Center (De Anza
Boulevard); and
WHEREAS, said map has been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final map of Tract No. 9724 is hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for easements is hereby accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 15th day of November, 2005, by the following vote:
