the subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning
Commission meeting of November 12, 1985.

17. FENCING •
The existing chain link fence in front of the house
shall be removed prior to occupancy. The existing
wooden fence along the side property line shall be
modified to be consistent with the City' s Fence
Ordinance.
