'Ihe approved use pezmit authorizes continued operation of a
churrh and pre-existir�9 licensed child day care facil.ity
with maxim�un enrollment not to exceed 45 pupils. Hrntrs of
operation for the child care facility shall be limited to
weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. inclusive. The
appraved usa permit also authorizes the addition of a 3,400
sq. ft. classroom buildirx�which shall be used primarily for
church-related activities.
18. SUIIDING USE
The existing church building (chapel) may continued in use
for church related activities. Continued use oP the
existing 24 foot trailer for chumh related activity is also
permitted, provided that appropriate permits remain in
effects.
19. ARC�II'PEC'I[JRAL AND SITE REVIEW
Prior to issuance of construction pasmits for the proposed
classrornn facility, the applicant shall submit the following
materials for infox�l review by the Architectural and Site
Approval Con¢nittee:

• treatrnent of the erd rrall of the building facing
McClellan Road.
b) Detail elevation drawings for trash enclosures to be
installed on site.

20. TRAILER REMOVAL .

of occupancy certificates for the proposed classroom
builcliryg.
21. FTRE PRdPEGTION
The applicant shall provida on-srite fire protection
apparatus as required by the City.
22. The requirement to urdesground utilities is deferred. The
occupant shall agree to participate in an asses�nent
district, when forn�ed, to install undezc�vund utilities.
