FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on
Page 1 and the subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the
Planning Commission meeting of March 11, 1985.

CONDITIONS:
1-15. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not
conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special
110 conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
16. This approval is based upon Exhibit A 1st Revision ❑f
Application 3-U-85 as may be amended by additional
• conditions contained herein.
17. The homes to be built on the subject property shall
conform in all respects with the requirements of the R1
Zoning District.
18. The applicant shall meet with City staff to attempt to
better realign the proposed new street with Rodrigues
Avenue at its intersection with Blaney Avenue.
