APPLICANT: Ursula Millett ADDRESS: 15131 El Quito Way, Saratoga, California 95070 SUBMITTED: September 26, 1984 LOCATION: Eaton School - Southeast Quadrant of Suisum Drive and Farallone Drive. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and the subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of November 13, 1984. CONDITIONS: 1-15. STANDARD CONDITIONS Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. ® 16. APPROVED EXHIBITS That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A • and A-1 of Application 20-U-84 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 17. APPROVED USES Approval is granted to allow the operation of a private ballet school in one classroom (approximately 1,000 sq. ft. ) at the Eaton Elementary School facility. The maximum student load consisting of all students in all classes, • shall not exceed 100 and hours of operation are limited from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 18. NOISE Music or noise from the facility shall not be audible at the property line. 19.
