Approval is granted to add approximately 5,0104 sq. ft. to an existing parish hall. Due to the limited on site parking, activities shall be scheduled such that no other church, school, or parish hall activities occur at the same time or conflict with services being conducted in the sanctuary. The applicant shall prepare a signed �., statement agreeing to this provision which shall be filed in the Use Permit application 'ile. If conflicts o' activities of parking problems result, the Planning Commission reserves the right to reconsider th;s Use Permit and impose added restricti=rs to relieve this problem.
