DENYING A REDUCED SIDE YARD SETBACK DISTANCE FOR A
PROPOSED GREENHOUSE ADDITION.

LOCATION: West side of Camino Vista Drive approximately 350 ft. south of
Stevens Creek Boulevard at 10145 Camino Vista Drive.

FINDINGS :
The applicant has not demonstrated genuine engineering attempts to provide
the most efficient and cost-effective passive space heating for his
residence. Accordingly, it is determined that the greenhouse would
predominantly serve as a room addition, which does not meet the necessary
criteria for a use permit as specified in Section 13 of Ordinance 991.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1981, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
