C. County Fire Public Education- Gina C., Virtual/blended learning classes resumed
with modifications to health guidelines
D. Cupertino OES- Tom C., Introduction and background of the new Emergency
Services Coordinator, upcoming activities PSPS, Sheltering, COOP Annex
E. Cupertino Citizen Corps- Ken E.,
a. Reports presented for CARES, CERT and MRC, members have been asked to
engage neighborhoods, cancelled scheduled activities, encouraged to
participate in National, State and local webinars
b. Jim O., Highlighting recent exercise Alt911 simulating communications
outage and how would the City/residents be able to make 911 calls the after
action report will be shared with Council
c. Deb F., question about cascading events CCC response, Tom, Situation status
CCC and City Staff information gathering, Deb glad we have done some
planning and aware
d. Carl V., hand held radios and the plan with timing issues
e. Red Cross, Stuart C., non-aggregate sheltering new guidelines published
