Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconcluslons as set forth in ''the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of September 12, 1979.'

16. The applicant shall enter,into reciprocal ingress/egress easements-
for the joint - driveway tobe shared with adjoining property to the east.
Said easements ,shall be recorded on the final parcel map. Additionally,
the applicants shall sign a statement agreeing to provide a reciprocal
easement between the northerly parking area and adjoining property to
the west at'such time in the future the City can require the same of
the adjoining property.
