U-1977-13b 13-U-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1711 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW TEMPORARY USE -OF AN EXISTING BUILDING AS A TAILOR SHOP IN A P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONE. APPLICANT: Gaetano S. DiVittorio ADDRESS: 1187-D Sunnyvale-Saratoga Rd. , San Jose, California 95129 LOCATION: Northwest quadrant of the intersection of Lazaneo Drive and De Anza Boulevard SUBMITTED: June 1, 1977 FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 13-U-77, as may be ® amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The approval is for a three-year period commencing upon date of City Council approval. 17. That the applicant shall prepare an easement agreement with adjoining property owners within the North De Anza Boulevard Planning Area to provide a 10-ft. common driveway access as described on Exhibit A. The easement shall favor individuals owning land in the block bounded by De Anza Boulevard, Lazaneo Drive, Bandley Drive and Mariani Drive. 18. A seven car parking facility shall be constructed on the site with access to be gained either from the future 30-ft. common access drive located on the westerly boundary line or from Lazaneo Drive. The parking lot may be paved in a temporary manner as approved by the Director of Public Works. 19.
