OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE
USE OF AN EXISTING RESIDENCE IN A PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT WITH COMMERCIAL USE INTENT ZONING DISTRICT AS
A RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY FOR TEENAGE BOYS.
APPLICANT: Saint Andrew's Residence fro Boys--Star House
ADDRESS: 13601 Saratoga Ave. , Saratoga, California 95070
SUBMITTED: June 2, 1976
LOCATION: Southerly side of Stevens Creek Blvd. approximately 1,000 ft.
easterly of the intersection of De Anza Blvd. and Stevens
Creek Blvd.
ZONE: P (Planned Development with commercial use intent)
CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. Each year prior to utilization of the facilities, the applicant
shall advise the Planning Director in writing of his intent. If,
in the opinion of the Planning Director, there have been no major
land use changes in the area, he may authorize continuation of the
41) use permit to the Planning Commission for review.
