in the County quite a fear years ago under their building codes and subdivision
regulations. In relationship to Cupertino' s building codes this is a non--
confer-inb situation strnce Lire City does not allow buildings to be constructed
across lot lines. Since this is an existin& structure the staff feelsit can
rain as;a non -conforming use. however, at such time as a new building is
constructed -or additional construction is necessary. an the: site a tentative
rap should be required to agglomerate the, two parcels.

The staff reco=ends approval of application 6-U-75 subject to the following;
ca.^_dition�:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do nor conflictt ith the
special conditions-cnu=erated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
