1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein stall apply.
15. That the use permit is granted to Becker instruments and Photographic
Optics o:ay and shall not be transferable. Any change in use of the
'proposed structure shall be considered as an amendment to the subject
use permit and shall be addressed be the Plannin'* CotmSissica in

16. That the site mlan labeled Exhibit A, 5-C-75,'is approved subject to
the plan being 'zeversed (i.e., as seen in a cirror image). the
reversedplan shall include the following elements:

be eliminated and said setback area shall, be utilized for
landscaping purposes only.
(b) The drive%zay access as indicated shall be located along the
southerly, b<:undary of the site so as. to provide for possible'
joint uses with the :avant property located to the south.
17. At such time as the property to the south develops, the City shall
have the ability to review this development and its relationship to
