These containers (ARKS) will be used to store emergency supplies for disasters. These are similar to the containers that Apple Computers recently installed. Enclosed are site maps indicating proposed parking lots that Tandem would like to place these containers. Blue paper indicate our first choice & Yellow paper indicates our second choice per your decision. The following criteria was used in selecting sites and type of container: 1 . Locate at rear of property with low visibility from roadways. 2. Paint containers to match buildings and surroundings. 3. Portable by heavy equipment. 4. No services to container. In addition , we need to locate a container on each side of I-280. Due to time constraints, Tandem Safety requests an opinion on these locations by March 15, 1993.
