1-14. Standard Conditions.
15. The approval is granted based upon the exhibi.ts as submitted, labeled
Exhibit A, lst Revision, 10-U-73, as May be modified by additional
cond�tions attached hereto.
16. The approval is granted for 57,096 sq. ft. of gross buildable area
which is to be uti.lized as a mixture of office and assembly type
activities. The total number of em�loyees shalJ_ not exceed that as
provided for by the number of approved off-street parking stalls.
The future tenants within the building shall be required to initia�e
an emploj�ment shift schedule as approved by the City Engineer, should
it become necessary to initiate such a program as determined by
traffic considerations. .
17. The applicant/owner shall agree to participate in a local improvement
district and enter into an agreement with the City to insure partici-
pation.
, 18. The landscaped frontage on Tantau Avenue shall be twenty-eight (28)
feet from curb line to be consistent with the adjcining parcel to the
south in terms of width and mounding design. The landscaped frontage
on Pruneridge Avenue shall be an absolute m�nimum of twenty-five (25)
feet from curb in order to be con.sistent with the landscaping program
within Vallco Park.
19. The small car stall concept is approved in terms of ttie stall length;
however, the minimum width f�r a small car shall be nine (9) feet.
20. That the provisions of Section 115 of Ordinance 220(k) related to
performance standards for emissions shall apply.

ING APPROVAL Ol� A USE PERMIT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an
application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on Page 2; and
WftEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support
said application; and E
WIiEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the application meets the
following requirements:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property,
c. Provides for �.dequate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequate control of fires,
e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
g. Is advaiztageous to the property and improvements in the zoning
dis�rict and neighborhood in which the property is located;
NUW, TH�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted irt this matter, the application of the USE PERMIT
is hereby recommended for apnrov�l, subject to the conditions stated
on Page 2; and
B� IT FURTII�R RESOLVED:
That the aEorementioned findings be approved and adopt:ed, and that the
Secretary be, and is llereb� directed to notify �he parties affected by
this decision.
