U-1972-22b 22-U-72 RESOLUTION NO. 1135 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING the approval of a use permit to construct fifty-three thousand, six hundred (53,600) sq. ft. of professional office space and a four thousand sixty (4,060) sq. ft. restaurant in a P (Planned Development) zone. APPLICANT: S.H.A.R.E. , INC. ADDRESS: 175 So. San Antonio Rd. , Los Altos, Calif. 94022, SUBMITTED: December 5, 1972 LOCATION: Between Stevens Creek Boulevard and Alves Drive approximately 150 feet westerly of Saich Way ZONE: P (Planned Development) ----------=---------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-14. Standard Conditions 15. Approval is granted to construct 53,600 sq. ft. of gross floor area for office space and a 4,060 sq. ft. restaurant as per Exhibit A, 2nd Revision. 16. A suitable buffer shall be installed on the westerly and easterly property lines as determined by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. Particular emphasis shall be placed on the property line separating the subject property from the residential property on Alves Drive. 17. The buildings shall be limited to a maximum height of thirty (30) feet. 18.
