U-1972-12b 12-U-72 RESOLUTION NO. 1093 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF a use permit to allow the construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. industrial building in a P (Planned Development) zone. APPLICANT: The Westfield Company ADDRESS: 2075 De La Cruz Boulevard, Santa Clara, California SUBMITTED: June 16, 1972 LOCATION: Within the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Tantau and Pruneridge Avenues ZONE: P (Planned Development) with planned manufacturing intent ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions as enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The use permit is granted for the land as described as "Phase One" on Exhibit A, 12-U-72. 16. The applicant shall provide an appropriate legal document prior to issuance of a building permit, to create a joint easement over parking areas to ensure interrelated off-street parking circulation. 17. The applicant shall bear a proportional share, as determined by the City, of the cost of providing signalization at the intersection of Pruneridge and Tantau Avenues. Said signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by the City of Cupertino. 18. That the provisions of Section 115 of Ordinance No. 220"(k) related to performance standards for emissions shall apply.
