Standard Conditions 15. That the trellis extending westerly from Torre Avenue shall have a minimum width on the Torre Avenue frontage of thirty (30) feet and shall extend westerly at a minimum width of sixteen (16) feet. 16. A twenty-foot wide minimum planting strip along Torre Avenue shall be provided. 17.
