The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any council members or Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision. nlicant: Civic Center Professional Group, 10383 Torre Avenue, Cupertino This is a proposal to add a 100 sq. ft. passageway to connect two existing professional buildings. Staff has no significant concerns regarding this proposal. The floor area ratio allowed for the center is 33%; the proposed addition would create a floor area ratio of 23.76%. Although the professional center has a parking deficit, this proposal will not add to the deficit because it does not allow for additional occupancy. A condition to that effect is included as a part of this approval. Another condition is included which requires installation of landscaping prior to final occupancy. The following conditions are made a part of this approval: 1) the passageway shall not be used as occupied space. 2) new landscaping shall be installed prior to final occupancy. Action: The approval of the modification is effective November 1. The fourteen calendar day appeal period will expire on November 15, 1995.
