Standard Conditions 13. The parcel map as approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 717 and by City Council action on December 15, 1969, shall be recorded. 14. A revised parking lot design shall be approved by the Planning Depart- ment prior to Architectural and Site Approval Committee consideration. 15. The Use Permit is granted for the land as described in the application and any attachments thereto, and as shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit A. 16. The location of all buildings, fences, roadways, parking areas, land- scaping and other facilities or features shall be located substantially as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit A, except or unless indicated otherwise herein. 17. All exterior lighting shall be indirect in nature and shall be positioned in such a manner that precludes its shining into adjacent residential property. 18. No phono.graphs, radios, public address or paging systems, powered mega- phones, bells, buzzers or similar noise-making devices, including musical groups, will be permitted outdoors at any time. 19.
