Encourages the most appro�riate use of land, b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property, c. Provides for adequate open spaces for light and air, d. Permits adequate control of fires, e. Promotes the health, safety and public welfare, f. Provides for t�he orde�ly development of the City, and g. Is adcantageous to the pro�erty and improvements in the zoning di�trict and neighborhood in which the property is loc�ted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV�D: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the USE PERMIT be, and the �ame is her denied; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the finds quoted above and on page two be approved and adopted, and that the Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties affected by this decision.
