That the orientation of the service bays of the proposed �ire service center to Stevens Creek Boulevard and existing residential areas would expose unsightly and noisy tire installation operations to the public. 2. That the applicant stated that open service bays must face the public in order to convey the necessary image for retailing tires. - 3. That the Planning Commission does not agree with this reasoning.
