SUBMITTED: November 8, 1968 LOCATION: Southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road ZONE: CG (General Commercial) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS: 1. All conditions as enumerated in Planning Commission Resolution No. 619 shall remain in effect. 2. The use permit is granted for the land as described in the application - and any attachments thereto, and as shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit A. 3. The location of all buildings, fences, roadways, parking areas, land- scaping and other facilities or features shall be located substantiaily as shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit A, except or unless indicated otherwise herein. 4. The granting of the use permit shall in no way be construed as approving the architectural design of the building, any signs that may be indi- cated on Exhibit A, or the types and size of plant materials to be installed in the landscape areas. 5. The exterior lighting of the facility shall be indirect in nature �aith the majority of the lighting being designed as a part of the canopy and main building structures. Any free-standing lighting shall be � low profile i_n nature with the design of the standards subject to the �approval of the�Architectural and Site Approval Committee. The use of conventional long-arm lighting standards shall be prohibited. 6. Outdoor display merchandise, such as tire racks, stacks of tires, vending machines, etc. shall not be permitted. 7. Outdoor servicing of automobiles, other than'the dispensing of gasoline and oil and re�l.ac�ment of minor parts such as water hoses, fan belts, etc. is not permitted. 8. The granting ot this use permit is conditional upon the continual upkeep and maintenance of the landscaped areas. ' ^i^
