Case Manager quality. Tenant's signage depends on location and conditions at the storefronts within the Center.
The maximum number of signs per business must comply with regulations in CIVIC Chapter
19.104.
Drawings:
- Each tenant shall submit to the landlord for approval two (2) copies which includes sizes,
colors fabrication and installation details.
- Permit city of Cupertino will be required prior to installation.
Storefront Tenant Identification:
- LOGOS/LOGOS WITH TEXT ONLY -All building signs shall be individually illuminated
reverse pan channel letters pegged off the building.
Sizes:
- Tenants are allowed one square foot of sign area for each linear foot of leased tenant
frontage; to a maximum of 40 square feet per sign, but shall not exceed 70% of tenants
leased frontage in length.
- Letters on all elevations shall not exceed 24" in height.
Colors:
- Faces, return color, and letter style shall be tenant choice with
Landlord approval.
Fabrication and Installation:
- Must comply with all Underwriter's Laboratories requirements and specific state and local
codes. All components shall bear the U.L.label indicating approval and be manufactured
and installed by a U.L. certified shop. Each individual letter shall bear the appropriate U.L.
label.
NOTE: LEDs ARE NOT TO BE VISIBLE ON SIGN. ALL ILLUMINATION TO BE EVEN
LIGHTING WITHOUT ANY HOTSPOTS ON SURFACES AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 250 FOOT-
LAMBERTS.
