Standard Conditions 13. In the event the realignment of Mary Avenue is realized the appropriate dedications shall be made by the developer as required by the City of Cupertino. The extra work necessary to accomplish the realignment shall be by others. 14. Driveway access to Stevens Creek Boulevard and Mary Avenue shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works. The City reserves the right to require modification and channelization of the driveway locations if future traffic conditions warrant. 15. The Planning Commission at its meeting of August 27, 1973, approved a use permit for the construction of three theaters within the Oaks Shopping Center located at the intersection of Mary Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard. � ' The Commission takes this opportunity to express to the Architectural � and Site Approval Committee its concern relative to future signing of the project and suggests that when considering signs that consideration be given to adjoining developments such as De Anza College in determining the type of signing appropriate for the subject shopping center. In addition, the Commission further suggests that the Architectural and Site Approval Committee give consideration to appropriate bicycle parking facilities within the project and suggests that a network of bicycle pathways be provided as a part of the project in a manner that would separate them from vehicular roadways.
