ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino Municipal Code provides for administrative approval of minor changes in projects. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any Councilmember of Planning Commissioner to appeal the decision. Application Application 15-U-69 (Modified) General Electric Company, 10900 North Tantau Avenue in Cupertino. Description Minor modifications to secure a vacant building by adding security fencing and gates, security lighting and other modifications to secure the structure for two years, until the building is demolished. Action The application is approved subject to the following: 1. A note be added to the plans that landscaping shall continue to be maintained as necessary. 2. Sheet A1, No. 2, regarding repairing the openings. The galvanized sheet and metal installed facing north, south and west be painted to match the building. 3. Security Fencing, Sheet A-1, No. 4, the chain-link fence, include wooden slats. 4. Sheet E-1, No. 26, regarding electrical. The applicant provide light fixture details, fixture locations and a lighting contour plan, at the building permit stage. The application is minor and the Director of Community Development approves the changes as of this date. The fourteen working day appeal period will expire November 23, 1993.
