OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMNU'rfEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR
AN EXISTING OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
APPLICANT: Tandem Computers
PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor Tandem Association
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10400 Tantau Ave.
PROJECT LOCATION: 10100 Tantau Ave.
FINDINGS
1) The directional signs not oriented to a public street are exempt
pursuant to Section 17.16.010A of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) The signs requiring approval are consistent with Title 17 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on sign package for 10100 N. Tantau Ave. dated
May 29, 1990 except as many be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) Prior to issuance of building permits the applicant shall verify
that signs 10 and 11 are not within the site triangle as depicted on
Standard Detail 7-6.
11) Sign #1 is not included as part of this sign program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1990 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
