. OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR
AN EXISTING RESTAURANT
APPLICANT: Delta Sign and Crane
PROPERTY OWNER: Carrows
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2100 Sanguinetti Lane
PROJECT LOCATION: 10630 S. De Anza Blvd.
FINDINGS
1) The signs requiring approval are consistent with Title 17 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on sign exhibit dated March 29, 1990 except as
many be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
• 10) The monument sign colors shall consist of white background with red,
brown, and ivory letters and gold highlights.
11) The building mounted sign colors shall consist of brown background,
tan and red letters, and gold orange aand red highlights.
12) The range of address numbers shall be included on monument sign.
13) Operation hours as indicated on the monument and building-mounted
signs are.not included in this sign program.
14) The building-mounted sign shall be reduc"d to a maximum of 3 ft. in
height.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
