This evaluation was prepared to the best of our ability in accordance with currently accepted.standards of the International Society of

OBSERVATIONS:
Tree No. 20: Camphor Tree (22"inches diameter at 54" inches above grade)
This tree has recently gone into rapid decline within the last two to three months and will be completely dead
soon. Due to the rapid decline this tree needs to be removed as soon as possible before it poses a significate
hazard to the community.
I recommend removing this tree and replacing it with a 36" Box Camphor.
