SUBJECT:ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER-ASA-2019-007, TR-2019-034
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of May 14,
2020; approving an Architectural and Site permit to allow fagade and landscape modifications to the
existing Courtyard by Marriott hotel and a Tree Removal Permit to allow the removal and replacement
of fifteen(15) protected trees, located at 10605 N.Wole Road, according to Resolution No(s). 115 and 116.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on May 14,2022.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens,you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
