SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER — U-2019-006, ASA-2019-010
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of April 14,
2020, approving a Use Permit to allow the conversion of two (2) existing retail buildings to a
preschool and after school program and Architectural and Site Permit to allow site modifications to
provide for required outdoor play facilities for a proposed preschool and after school program,
located at 10041 N. Blaney Avenue and at 20015 Stevens Creek Boulevard, according to Planning
Commission Resolution No.(s) 6898 and 6899.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a one-year period, it shall expire on April 14, 2021.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
City Council.
