Reso 1536 ASAC 4-U-86 RESOLUTION No. 1536 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REODMMENIDING APPROVAL OF A PRECISE LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR AN EXISTING PARK SPACE APPLICANT: Cupertino Hotel Ventures PROPERTY OWNER: Same APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 2600 Campus Dr. PROJECT LOCATION: Southwest corner Stevens Creek and De Anza Boulevards FINDINGS 1) Approval of the precise landscaping plan is in conformance with City Council action of 4-U-86. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based on Park Planting Plan dated May 29, 1990 except as many be amended by conditions enumerated herein. • 10) A registered Landscape Architect shall certify that the irrigation plan is in conformance with the xeriscape guidelines.
