RESOLUTION NO. 1531
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A REVISED COLOR PALETTE
• AND LANDSCAPING PLAN FORA PROPOSED RESTAURANT
APPLICANT: Crouton's, Inc.
PROPERTY OWNER: Barclay's Bank of California
APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 335 University Avenue, Palo Alto
PROJECT LOCATION: 10100 South DeAnza Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed landscaping plan has been amended as per the direction
given by the Site and Architectural Committee.
2) The proposed building color palette is suitable for the project
location.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committrr conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listrr3
herein shall prevail.
• 9) The approval is based upon sheets, Site plan, colored perspectives
and material board dated April 23,1990 except as may be amended by
the conditions enumerated herein.
10) The proposed redwood bark chips shall be replarPd with redwood mulch
or similar material.
11) The irrigation system shall be certified by a registered landscape
architect as to its conformance with the xeriscape guidelines. The
system shall be approved by Staff prior to installation.
12) The building mounted signs and monument sign as shown on the plans
are not approved. The applicant shall go through a formal Site and
Architectural hearing with detailed plans for their approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1990 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
