Reso 1513 ASAC-51,885.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1513 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE 411/ OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE LANDSCAPING PLAN, AND AMENDMENT OF AN APPROVED TENANT SIGN PROGRAM FORA RETAIL CENTER APPLICANT: Reed Associates PROPERTY OWNER: TCW Realty Advisors APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 10055 Miller Avenue PROJECT LOCATION: Stevens Creek Boulevard at Portal Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The locations of the proposed monument signs meet the spirit and intent of the sign setback policy. 2. The proposed sign color and material palette are compatible with the existing building architecture and color. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Sheets L-1, L-2, A-2 dated 12/29/89 of Application ASAC-51,885.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Nine Italian Stone Pine trams (Pines Pinea) will be kept. 11) Three monument signs are approved. Two of sign detail (A) , one each will be located at the main entrannPs along Stevens Creek Boulevard and one sign detail (B) will be allowed along the building line as proposed. Street address numbers will be added on street signs along Stevens Creek Boulevard. Sign letter detail to be approved by staff. 12) Any lighting for the proposed monument signs will be prohibitive of glare and shall not reflect into oncoming traffic. The type of lighting will be reviewed and approved by staff.
