OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
0 ERECTION OF A 49-FT. HIGH RECEIVING ANTENNA IN A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT.

SUBMITTED: March 11, 1977
LOCATION: Easterly of and adjacent to Stevens Canyon Road approximately
200 ft. southerly of the intersection of Riverside Drive and
Stevens Canyon Road.
Conditions:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C, 6-U-77, as may
be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The approval is for a 49-ft. high structure measured from finish
grade to top of receiving antenna.
17. In order to minimize the visual impact of the tower, the type and
number of antenna(s) selected from Exhibit C shall be limited to
111) those which are necessary to receive Bay Area television stations.
