This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of January
9, 2020; approving a Development Permit to allow 2,235 square feet addition to an existing retail
building (Scandinavian Design) for commercial uses; an Architectural and Site approval to allow façade,
parking and site improvements; and a Tree Removal Permit to allow the removal and replacement of
twenty-five (25) development trees, located at 19900 Stevens Creek Boulevard, according to Resolution
No(s). 112, 113 and 114.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on January 9, 2021.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
