building and are a beneficial service to the community.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon site plan and building elevation dated
January 13, 1992 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
