PROJECT LOCATION: Terminus of Clubhouse Lane.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the precise landscaping plan is in conformance with the Xeriscape
Guidelines.
2) That the pylon and sign are in keeping with the character of the golf
course and the surrounding area.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon sign elevation revised February 10, 1992,
plans 1 and 2 revised February 10, 1992, landscape and irrigation
plans (2 sheets) dated January 10, 1992, and Xeriscape certification
(4 pages) dated January 23, 1992, except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) The liquidamber trees are encouraged to be replaced because of their
evasive roots. Replacement trees shall be subject to staff review and
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 1992 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
