RESOLUTION NO. 1671
OF THE ARCMECFURAL AND SITE APPROVAL CORM TEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN
EXISTING RETAIL CENTER.

PROTECT LOCATION: Southwest corner Stevens Creek Blvd. and De Anza Blvd.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the neon window,"Roc Cards and Gifts" sign, as conditioned
herein, is consistent with Title 17 at the Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) That the neon "Roes" sign is approved due to specialized information
characteristics, setbacks from the street and limited size.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon sign elevation criteria, dated January 9,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The building mounted sign shall meet the requirements of the existing
sign program.
11) The neon window displays are not approved as part of this
resolution. The window displays are continued for 2-weeks for
further review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1992 at the regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
