PROPERTY OWNER: Cali Land, Assoc. ADDRESS: 321 S. Monroe St., San Jose, CA PROJECT LOCATION: 20030 Stevens Creek Blvd., 125 ft. West of Blaney Ave. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) The proposed sign program, as conditioned herein, is consistent with Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon sign elevation criteria, dated January 15, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The base of the sign shall be black shiny metal and 24" in depth. The address numbers shall be white vinyl. The top portion of the sign shall be 18" in depth with 7" letters.
