APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE
BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed sign program is consistent with the requirements for
signs in an office district, as conditioned herein.
2) Due to the unique orientation and limited visibility of the buliding,
the 200 ft. rule criteria is waved for this application.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon site plan, dated February 24, 1992 and
sign elevation Exhibit "A", except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The tenant name background panel shall be raised to allow easy
replacement.
11) The back side of the panel shall be painted brown to match the
buliding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1992 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
