FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed building modifications are minor in scope and do not
detract from the appearance of the building.
2) That the proposed blue trim is fitting for the ehtnic character of the
Greek restaurant
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
is herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon sheets 1 through 6, dated January 30,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The building parepet color shall match the body color of the
building.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
