is APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING
RETAIL CENTER.

PROJECT IOCATION: Southwest corner Homestead Rd. and De Anza Blvd.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) The sign program, as conditioned herein, is consistent with Title 17 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) That the approving monument sign will make the center sign program
inconsistent with title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. Further, the
building has adequate visibility from both De Anza Blvd. and Homestead Rd.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon the building and monument sign exhibits (2
sheets) dated March 3, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) This Resolution makes null and void the monument sign approved in
Application ASAC 51,820.2.
11) The building letters of the Homestead side of the buliding shall be a
maximum of 12 inches high.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23th day of March, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
