Reso 168011 11 4) RESOLUTION NO. 1680 ASAC 36-U-86 OF THE ARC=BCIURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RDOOMM LADING APPROVAL OF A DISABLED PERSONS PARKING CANOPY FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING. APPLICANT: De Anza Properties PROPERTY OWNER: De Anza Properties ADDRESS: 920 W. Freemont Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94087 PROJECT LOCATION: Southeast corner Stevens Creek Blvd. and Torre Ave. ���►I� 1}Cef.'� The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the canopy meets the requirements of Title 24 of the Uniform Building code for providing covered handicapped parking stalls. 2) That the canopy colors and materials match with the adjacent office building. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon canopy plan sheet dated March 9, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) Both side planter areas shall be irrigated and maintained regularly. Each planter shall be planted with 2-5 gallon star Jasmine vines. 11) The colors and materials of the canopy shall match the adjacent office building.
