The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the Sign Program, as conditioned herein, is consistent with Title
17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Comittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign Program criteria dated February 24,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The background color for both the building and ground sign shall match
plexiglas Ivory 2148.
11) Option 2 B on The exhibit is not approved as part of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
